Overview

Our client, a Japanese energy company is looking for Human Resource Officer.

Job Responsibilities

  • Supporting recruitment and selection process
  • Support performance appraisal systems and employee development program
  • Manage expatriate formalities (working permit, VISA / KITAS)
  • Support the development of HR regulations
  • Supporting industrial relation administration
  • HR Correspondence

Job Requirements

  • Min. Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or HR Management
  • Min. having 2 years’ experience in HR related
  • Able to operate HRIS (Talenta / Sunfish)
  • Experienced in Organization Development such as competencies development, talent development, or people development
  • Able to speak English
