Job summary :

The role is responsible for delivering first-line support and efficiently manages customer service requests, documenting all relevant details for effective case management and follow-up.

Your role :

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues remotely.
• Document service activities and escalating complex cases.
• Perform software updates and coordinate field support.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and clear customer communication.
• Participate in training and share best practices with peers.
