Requirements

Pendidikan min. S1 semua jurusan
Memiliki pengalaman 2 tahun sebagai penilai anggunan di Kantor Jasa Penilaian Publik (KJPP) atau Penilai Internal Bank
Lulus Pendidikan Dasar Penilaian Properti 1 (PDP 1 MAPPI).
Memiliki pengalaman & pengetahuan yang cukup baik mengenai penilaian anggunan secara detail atas kondisi jaminan / anggunan kredit di perbankan atau perusahaan pembiayaan / multifinance
Mengetahui area Bandung dengan baik.
Penempatan di Bandung.

Job Description

Melakukan kunjungan, pelaporan penilaian agunan untuk memastikan semua ketentuan terkait agunan / jaminan kredit Commercial & SME Bank Sinarmas telah berjalan sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku.

Memahami, menguasai dan mampu mengoperasikan komputer dengan baik, terutama program Microsoft Office dan jaringan internet untuk proses pelaporan penilaian agunan.
