The Role
We’re seeking a Product Designer to join a fast-growing, remote-first SaaS team transforming operations in construction and facility management. You will be responsible for creating intuitive, scalable, and user-centered design solutions across our platform. From research and ideation to high-fidelity design and developer handoff, you'll own the end-to-end design process and help craft a cohesive and efficient user experience that meets the needs of industry professionals in construction, civil infrastructure, and Class A facilities.
Responsibilities :
- Leading the full product design process for new features and improvements.
- Conducting user interviews, usability testing, and analysing data to validate and inform design decisions.
- Creating and maintaining a scalable design system to ensure UI / UX consistency.
- Collaborating with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on business goals and user needs.
- Advocating for user experience excellence and fostering a strong design culture across the team.
Ideal Profile
You have 5+ years of experience in product design with a portfolio that highlights user-centered solutions and cross-functional collaboration.You have experience designing for SaaS platforms, preferably in logistics, construction, or facilities management.You are highly skilled in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.You have a strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility best practices.You are a clear communicator who collaborates well in remote, cross-functional teams.You are fluent in English, both written and verbal.You bring a growth mindset and are proactive about staying current with design trends and tools.You may also have experience leveraging AI to enhance UX, using data / analytics in design decisions, and a background in Design, UX, HCI, or a related field.
