Overview

Sinarmas LDA Maritime (SLM) is a joint venture between Sinarmas and Louis Dreyfus Armateurs. SLM is an integrated logistics provider and shipowner offering bulk cargo transportation and port services all across Indonesia.

SLM employs 2.000 people in Indonesia and owns and operates 100 Indonesian-flagged vessels of various sizes and capabilities. Onshore, SLM operates 1.000 trucks, 10.000 sqm of warehouses and 50.000 tons of storage tanks.

Responsibilities

• Handle general company administration
• Monitoring cash in and cash out
• Record daily transactions related to the operational expense and income and support accounting & finance team related transactions
• Prepare simple budget and actual reports
• Collect and review invoices, receipts and expenditure documents to ensure alignment with the approved budget
• Handle validation and input of A / P transactions and payment vouchers into the system and maintain outstanding AP list
• Record monthly accrual, depreciation, amortization and deferral journal
• Record other general journal entries
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation
• Assist with quarterly and yearly stock takes at the site
• Prepare supporting data and documents for audits
