About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join our team as the Head of Commercial. This pivotal role is responsible for driving the business growth and operational excellence of our healthcare centre. You will lead both clinical and non-clinical teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centric care while ensuring cost-effective and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Leadership & Commercial and partnership

Strategic Partnerships - Collaborate with insurance providers, TPAs, and corporates to drive patient referrals.

• Market Expansion & Outreach - Target new patient segments : e.g., expatriates, corporate clients, chronic disease patients, wellness seekers.
• Service Diversification - Launch high-demand services : Enhance our value-added services : e.g., concierge care, teleconsultations, home visits, diagnostics.
• Digital Enablement - Collaborate with the Marketing Team to use CRM and marketing automation to nurture leads, re-engage lapsed patients, and personalise outreach, improve accessibility and convenience.
• Implement data analytics to identify high-value services and optimise marketing ROI.
