We are hiring a Senior Specialist – Procurement & Contract to support the operations and maintenance of an LNG Terminal and Regasification facility for our mining client. This role ensures timely and cost-effective procurement while upholding company policies, safety standards, and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities :

Procurement Execution : Source and procure materials, equipment, and services for LNG operations in line with schedules and budgets.
Vendor & Contract Management : Identify and manage suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with internal standards and requirements.
Logistics Oversight : Coordinate delivery timelines, logistics, and documentation for shipping, customs, and trade compliance.
Compliance & Reporting : Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
Cost Optimization : Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities through strategic sourcing.
Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with technical, finance, and legal teams to align procurement activities with operational needs.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field; procurement certifications (CIPS, CPSM) are a plus.

8–10 years of experience in procurement, ideally within the LNG, oil & gas, or mining sectors.

Strong understanding of LNG operations, industrial procurement, logistics, and compliance.

Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP); excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Fluent in English; computer literate.

Willingness to work in remote / mine locations on a 5 : 2 schedule.
