IT Presales Engineer

Overview

Communicate with clients to identify project needs and provide suitable solutions to help them secure projects. Deliver product and technical training to clients, enabling them to quickly become familiar with product solutions. Prepare technical documentation to support clients in understanding product configurations. Provide prompt resolutions to clients’ daily technical issues, ensuring high satisfaction with the service.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, or other related engineering fields.
• At least 1 year of experience in testing or technical pre-sales support; background in smart hardware, communications, security, or electronics industries is preferred.
• Strong language skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia (writing, speaking and listening).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with strong teamwork spirit.
