About the position

A Regulatory Reporter will play a critical role in ensuring the Bank's compliance with regulations set by monetary and financial authorities. You will be responsible for preparing and submitting accurate, timely, and comprehensive reports to regulators. This role requires analytical acumen, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of the banking regulatory landscape.

Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and update regulatory reporting schemes (such as Financial Reports, BI Antasena, OJK SLIK, LPS, APU-PPT, etc.) according to the schedule and format determined by the Financial Services Authority (OJK), Bank Indonesia (BI), and other government institutions.
Ensure all submitted reports comply with the latest regulations and regulatory updates.
Conduct in-depth analysis of financial and operational data to identify anomalies, trends, and potential risks.
Interact with internal departments (such as Finance, Risk, and Operations) to gather data and information.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Systems, Information Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in Business Intelligence (BI) or data reporting in the banking or financial services industry.

Proficient in writing query scripts (SQL, PL / SQL, or similar) and able to manipulate large amounts of data; Google BigQuery knowledge / experience is a plus.

Solid understanding of data architecture and reporting workflows.

Proficient in at least one Business Intelligence platform (Looker).

Deep understanding of regulations and reporting guidelines issued by OJK and BI.

Able to work independently and in a team under tight deadlines.

Strong analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail.

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
