About the Role :

As an intern for Pinhome Home Service Team, you will gain hands-on experience in both business development and operations by driving demand growth through B2B and KOL partnership, and assisting in demand-supply matchmaking and daily operational processes.

What You Will Do :

Engage potential partners and secure B2B deals
Develop promotional and barter-based partnerships with KOLs to expand reach and drive demand.
Balance regional supply and demand, while enhancing supply lifecycle and quality standards.

Monitor income streams to improve partner well-being.

Strengthen partner engagement and ensure a seamless online and offline experience

Build trust and implement safety measures to protect all stakeholders.

What You Will Need :

Education : Final-year students or fresh graduates from reputable universities.

Skills : Strong communication, confidence in outreach, operationally ingenious, strategic thinkers, and basic negotiation ability.

Network : Wide connections and comfort in leveraging various channels to build partnerships.

Mindset : Growth-oriented, resilient, resourceful, and eager to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.

The Regional Team focuses on ensuring the effective delivery of Pinhomes services within their respective cities or regions. The responsibilities include fulfilling customer orderseither through internal teams or qualified partners who meet Pinhomes service standardsand promoting Pinhome Services locally, with the goal of helping more people solve common household problems, particularly those related to home services.
