Responsibilities :

• Oversee all food and beverage outlets and banquet operations
• Ensure high quality of service and product standards
• Manage F&B budget, costs, and revenue targets
• Train and lead the F&B team to achieve excellence
• Develop promotions and menus in collaboration with the Chef
