We represent our client that one of Indonesia's largest PVC manufacturers, with production facilities spread across the archipelago.

As an Operational Excellence Analyst, you will play a vital role in driving continuous improvement and optimizing processes within the organization. Your main responsibility will be to implement and monitor initiatives that enhance productivity, quality, and operational efficiency—particularly in a manufacturing environment. Your analytical mindset and strong communication skills will support cross-functional teams in achieving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

Identify, analyze, and lead improvement initiatives using Continuous Improvement (CI) tools and methodologies such as 5R, Root Cause Failure Analysis, Lean Six Sigma, and Small Group Activities (QCC).

Collaborate with various departments to implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) strategies and ensure sustainable practices are in place.

Utilize data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Excel Advanced, Power BI) to monitor performance indicators and uncover insights for improvement.

Support cross-functional teams in problem-solving activities, process redesigns, and the standardization of best practices.

Facilitate training or workshops to promote a culture of operational excellence and knowledge-sharing.

Assist in project management tasks related to operational improvement and efficiency.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.

Strong understanding and hands-on experience with TPM practices and CI methodologies.

Proficient in data analytics and visualization tools, with at least advanced-level Excel and Power BI skills.

Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is preferred.

Excellent analytical, project management, and assertive communication skills.

Fast learner with a proactive attitude and the ability to adapt quickly in dynamic environments.
