Engineering - General Technician Daily Worker (Indonesian Citizen Only)

Position Summary :

The General Technician (Daily Worker) is responsible for performing repair and maintenance tasks in the areas of mechanical, electrical, and air-conditioning / refrigeration systems. The role also requires basic knowledge of civil, carpentry, and painting work to ensure all facilities are well maintained and in good working condition.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Read and interpret technical drawings.

Perform maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, and AC / refrigeration systems.

Possess basic knowledge of civil, carpentry, and painting work.

Focus on problem-solving and completing tasks efficiently.

Maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and guests.

Make sound decisions and think clearly under pressure.

Perform welding work (Argon and Electric).

Work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.

Analyze and resolve maintenance issues using good judgment.

Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.

Perform duties responsibly while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications : Education :

Diploma in Engineering or Technical High School (SMK Teknik) graduate.

Good command of English (spoken and written).

Able to provide clear and legible communication.

Experience (Desirable) :

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a 5-star hotel or villa environment.
