Marketing Senior Manager (Logistic Industry)
We are seeking a Senior Manager – Marketing to lead overall marketing strategy, with strong emphasis on market intelligence, brand communication, and growth-driven campaigns .
Key Responsibilities
Lead market intelligence & research to identify trends, customer needs, competitor movement, and new business opportunities.
Provide clear, data-driven insights to guide commercial strategy and decision-making.
Plan and execute integrated marketing initiatives across branding, digital, campaigns, promotions, PR, and events.
Develop targeted campaigns and promotional programs to support sales activation and service adoption.
Strengthen B2B partnership and collaboration initiatives to expand market reach.
Manage customer loyalty and retention programs based on behavioral insights.
Oversee outlet branding, signage consistency, and on-ground activation standards.
Coordinate corporate events, public engagement, and participation in industry exhibitions.
Optimize digital tools, reporting, and operational processes to improve marketing effectiveness.
Provide strong leadership to the marketing team—building capability, ensuring alignment, and driving high-quality execution.
Requirements
8+ years of marketing experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or B2B industries.
Strong expertise in market research, analytics, and competitive intelligence.
Proven track record in campaign development, branding, promotions, and digital marketing.
Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
