Job description5+ years’ experience in FP&A, finance business partnering, or financial modelling Experience supporting or implementing a budgeting process, preferably in a growing or entrepreneurial company Strong analytical mindset and hands-on modelling skills Proficiency in Excel Excellent communication skills and fluent English Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-moving environment and able to build structure from scratch Energetic, ambitious, and eager to take ownership Bonus : experience in tech, cybersecurity, consulting or project-based businesses Mid-Senior level Full-time Finance and Sales
Responsibilities
- Support the CFO in implementing and managing the budgeting process
- Prepare and update monthly and quarterly reforecasts
- Conduct variance analysis (actual vs. budget) with clear business insights
- Develop and monitor unit economics, key financial ratios, and performance indicators
- Prepare financial data and analysis for board presentations and management reports
- Work closely with department heads to analyse cost trends and performance drivers
- Improve existing reporting tools and build new ones to support decision-making
