We develop and deploy IoT-based energy solutions that connect sensors, controllers, and gateways for HVAC, lighting, and power monitoring , fully integrated with ERP for digitalized operations.
We are building a compact, high-performance team and seeking a Technology Manager to lead the development and reliability of our IoT infrastructure.
Role Purpose
To ensure successful delivery of Ferbos’ IoT and ERP implementation projects — from planning and scheduling to execution, procurement, and quality control.
This role combines project management, operational coordination, and system-based tracking through Odoo to drive efficiency and consistency across all projects.
Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Develop detailed project timelines and milestones using Odoo Project & Planning modules.
 - Coordinate daily activities between IoT, ERP, and installation teams.
 - Monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
 - Ensure projects meet deadlines, budget, and scope requirements.
 
Resource Scheduling & Team Coordination
Assign workloads and schedules across engineers, technicians, and specialists.Track and manage timesheets in Odoo for performance and utilization reports.Facilitate weekly coordination meetings to align progress and upcoming deliverables.Procurement & Inventory Management
Coordinate material requisitions and purchasing with the procurement team.Ensure availability of IoT devices, controllers, and equipment before deployment.Track inventory usage through Odoo Inventory module.Generate purchase orders and delivery notes as needed.Quality Assurance & Documentation
Maintain and enforce quality checklists for each project stage.Conduct site inspections and review handover documentation.Record lessons learned and contribute to process improvement.Client & Stakeholder Communication
Serve as the main operational contact for project execution.Communicate project progress, risks, and solutions transparently to management and customers.Align expectations with clients and internal teams for smooth delivery.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Electrical, or Project Management EngineeringStrong knowledge of project scheduling, procurement workflows, and quality controlHands-on experience with Odoo or other ERP systems preferredFamiliar with IoT or automation project environmentsExcellent coordination, leadership, and communication skillsDetail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving teamInterested candidates are invited to submit their resume or CV and send it here or .We look forward to hearing from you!
