Overview

We are looking for a passionate and motivated professional to join our team as IT Application Support . If you enjoy solving problems, working with applications, and continuously learning, this opportunity is for you!

Location : Jakarta (Member of Danantara Bank)

Responsibilities

Provide IT application support and troubleshooting for web and mobile-based applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve application performance.
Document problems, solutions, and process improvements for knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

Preferably a graduate (D3 / S1) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, or related fields.

Strong knowledge of Windows Server & Linux OS .

Understanding of database operations such as MySQL and MSSQL.

Proficient in Microsoft Office .

Able to work with web and mobile-based applications .

Strong analytical skills in troubleshooting application issues.

Demonstrates soft competencies : initiative, high work ethic, and eagerness to learn.
