Procurement (Supervisor - Manager Level)
Negotiate pricing, terms of payment, and purchase contracts with suppliers.
Source and evaluate overseas vendors / suppliers to ensure compliance with company standards.
Prepare and process import purchasing documents (PO, PI, Invoice, Packing List, B / L, COO, COO Form E and other supporting import documents.
Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs, and PPJK agents to ensure smooth import processes.
Monitor shipment lead times and arrival schedules, and oversee the customs clearance process at ports.
Collaborate with internal departments such as Finance, Warehouse, and Quality Control to ensure material specifications, quality standards delivery schedules, and cost alignment are met.
Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor's degree (Industrial Engineering, Management, Economics, Logistics, or other related fields).
Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in import procurement or international purchasing.
Solid understading of import procedures, including HS Code, INSW, PIB, dan customs regulations.
Strong communication and negotiation skills in English, both verbal and written.
Mandarin language proficiency is a plus.
