Sales Engineer

Education Background : Bachelor's Degree or above in any major, with a preference for Engineering, Mechanical, or related fields.

Experience : Minimum 2 years in Sales and Marketing, preferably in HVAC, Cooling Towers, or other industrial equipment.

Language : Proficiency in English is required; Mandarin is a plus.

Skills : Good communication, negotiation, computer literacy, and interpersonal skills.

Age : Under 35 years old.

Willingness : Willing to relocate to Jakarta.

Job Responsibilities :

• Prepare and develop technical presentations to explain products or services to customers.
• Generate high-quality sales leads, follow up, secure and renew orders, negotiate prices, and coordinate deliveries.
• Discuss equipment needs and system requirements with customers and engineers.
• Set and achieve sales goals and quotas.
• Identify areas for improvement and communicate issues and solutions to management.
• Acquire new customers by outperforming competitors and discovering new opportunities.
