QA Supervisor

Job Description :

• Conduct audits of suppliers, commissaries, and warehouses in compliance with Yum requirements.
• Follow up and review corrective actions taken in response to audit findings to ensure their effectiveness in resolving issues and preventing recurrence.
• Investigate and follow up on complaints related to ingredients or raw materials provided by suppliers.
• Coordinate and liaise the food safety / quality requirements with external parties, including suppliers, vendors, and relevant internal departments.
• Review supplier specifications and quality programs to ensure alignment with organizational needs and compliance with established requirements.
• Evaluate supplier performance by analyzing audit results and addressing complaints to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Assess the new suppliers, focusing on food safety and quality assurance in compliance with Yum requirements.
• Develop, establish new systems, and improve food safety systems in factories and commissaries as needed.
• Manage the dashboard and administration of the audit system to ensure compliance with Yum requirements
