Job descriptionBachelor’s degree required (Business, Engineering, or related field); Master’s is a plus 7-8 years of experience in product management or project-based roles, but exceptions can be made on certain cases Experience managing strategic product or project initiatives Strong logical thinking and structured approach to solving problems Clear and confident communicator in English and Bahasa Indonesia Good stakeholder management skills and strong sense of ownership Professional attitude, good character, and work ethic Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Mid-Senior level Full-time Product Management and Marketing

Responsibilities
- Conduct market and competitor research to inform local product strategy
- Analyze product performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Translate business needs into clear product requirements and priorities
- Collaborate with tech PMs, QA, and engineers to ensure smooth product delivery
- Coordinate go-to-market plans with business, marketing, and ops teams
- Handle live issues, troubleshoot partner concerns, and coordinate resolutions
- Support localization efforts, internal training, and partner enablement
