As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by developing and executing strategic sales initiatives. You will be responsible for engaging with key stakeholders, understanding industry challenges, and positioning our solutions effectively. Your expertise in enterprise software sales will help expand our client base and establish long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in assigned territories.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, engaging persuasively with key decision-makers.
- Understand the challenges faced by digital-centric organizations and craft tailored solutions.
- Leverage knowledge of digital marketing narratives to justify business cases and effectively counter objections.
- Drive complex sales processes for SaaS, PaaS, CRM, Business Intelligence, Analytics, Data Warehousing, and Predictive Modelling solutions.
- Consistently exceed sales goals by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
- Lead sales engagements at both transactional and enterprise levels, proactively driving deals rather than reacting to customer requests.
- Collaborate with regional partners to expand market reach and maximize sales potential.
Qualifications :
7-10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales.Minimum 2+ years of experience selling SaaS, PaaS, or CRM solutions.Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets in large geographic territories.Expertise in selling to Business Units, CIOs, or CMOs, with experience handling complex sales cycles.Strong storytelling ability to persuasively communicate value propositions to prospects and stakeholders.Solid understanding of digital marketing trends and industry best practices.Preferred experience : Digital agency background, with exposure to BFSI, Retail, and Conglomerates.
