Requirements : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field .
10+ years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in consumer goods, retail, or lifestyle industries.
Proven track record in brand strategy, campaign execution, and market positioning .
Strong leadership and team management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams .
Excellent understanding of digital marketing, influencer marketing, and customer engagement strategies .
Experience in budget management and performance-driven marketing .
Strong analytical skills to track brand performance and optimize marketing efforts.
