Job description

Drives store profitability by meeting or exceeding sales targets and controlling operational expenses; managing all resources within the store to provide customers with a leading shopping experience; and leading the execution of effective and efficient store operations.

Accountabilities

Primary Responsibility : Takes ownership of the store, allocates resources, and organizes processes to drive profitability in various market conditions. Understands store KPIs and makes commercial decisions based on sound financial judgment. Tracks performance data (e.g., best sellers, weekly demand, sales per square foot) and responds with solutions to enhance commercial success. Understands customer behavior and patterns, draws conclusions, and adapts the service offer accordingly. Monitors customer satisfaction and feedback systems to foster continuous improvement. Leads service by example, ensuring high standards of customer service. Creates a culture where store activities and assets showcase and promote brand equity. Ensures brand and product knowledge are effectively transferred into sales skills across relevant categories. Maintains an appealing, easy-to-shop environment through consistent visual merchandising and housekeeping standards. Ensures compliance with store policies and procedures. Drives improvements in stockroom processing and replenishment. Minimizes loss through adherence to loss prevention procedures. Contributes ideas for system and process improvements. Supports recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of the store team, ensuring HR policies are followed. Works with the Retail Manager to identify high performers with growth potential. Builds a high-performance culture by setting clear expectations, analyzing performance, holding team members accountable, and providing timely feedback, including managing poor performance. Coaches, motivates, and inspires team members to achieve store goals and maximize performance. Shares best practices and collaborates to improve team performance. Demonstrates a commitment to personal development and increasing performance.

Professional Background / Experience :

Functional : 4-6 years in a sports / fashion retail environment focused on customer and commercial aspects, with at least 12 months in store management. Intermediate numeracy and literacy; advanced verbal communication skills.

Industry : Preferably in apparel, fashion, FW, or FMCG retail; with exposure to sports. Education : Related university degree or 3-year diploma. Technology : Intermediate skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Language : Good command of oral and written Bahasa Indonesia, intermediate English skills in oral and written.
