Job Description
Strategize, develop and monitor brand strategies for assigned brands under supervision of manager — including defining brand purpose, USP, and communication pillars, in collaboration with creative team for execution.
Lead brand planning process, including objective setting, marketing roadmap, budget allocation, execution monitoring, through close cross‑functional teams (commercial, product, creative, digital) to ensure brand strategy is well‑aligned and executed effectively.
Own day‑to‑day strategic and operational marketing decisions independently, while consulting the Marketing Manager for larger or high‑impact decisions.
Continuously analyze brand performance, market data, and campaign results to identify insights and optimization opportunities.
Initiate market and competitor research, conclude insights, and translate findings into data‑backed actionable marketing direction.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or Communications — ideally with a strong foundation in analytical or research‑based coursework (market research experience is highly preferred).
3‑4 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or strategic marketing roles, with proven involvement in data‑based decision‑making.
Experience in market research agencies, marketing analytics, or brand strategy consulting is highly valued.
Demonstrated ability to analyze marketing performance, consumer insight, and competition trends, and translate findings into actionable strategies.
Experience in FMCG, or e‑commerce industries preferred, but candidates from consulting, analytics, or research backgrounds with strong business acumen are welcome — as long as they have a keen interest in brand and marketing.
Strong grasp of brand and marketing strategy development.
Market research.
Understanding of budget allocation, forecasting, and performance tracking.
Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets — enjoys figuring things out through numbers, identifying patterns, and drawing logical conclusions (doesn’t have to be advanced in Spreadsheet, but should be keen and excited to explore).
Solid presentation and storytelling ability.
Curious and analytical mindset - constantly connects dots between data, consumer behavior, and business results.
Emerging leadership capability - able to coach or guide junior members constructively.
