PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sell bluesign services to textile manufacturing mills, brands, and chemical supplier in Indonesia
Establish solid customer relations with existing customers in Indonesia.
Supporting customers in implementing the bluesign system in their organization, marketing, and supply chain.
Cooperate with SGS Indonesia in event management for bluesign events.
Attend trade shows of the textile industry to acquire new customers in Indonesia
Support cross country / region CRM activities
Ensure achievement of regional objectives set in mid-range plan and yearly budgets.
Support of regional and local CRM activities (cross region support with focus in South East Asia such as Malaysia and Singapore)
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Establish the bluesign system and services in Indonesia together with bluesign organization.Visiting potential customers on site, and networking on trade shows.Selling bluesign system partnerships and other services to Manufacturers, brands and Chemical companiesCRM ManagementLead whole acquisition process.Acquire new customers.Support and Coordinate customers related activitiesEnsure payments and keep customer data’s up to date.Training of customer personnel in co-operation with bluesign servicesDelivering presentations, participating in Fairs, NetworkingRegular feedback on sales activities of countyRegular feedback on competitor’s activities and market developments in IndonesiaSupport the Technical Service team during assessment preparation, on-site visits and implementation of the bluesign system.Support in travel planning for regional director, and set up of customer and potential customer meeting, when visit in Indonesia is planned.Participation in mid to long term projects designated by Head CRM and Regional director.
Qualifications
PROFILE
Established and profound experience in the Indonesian textile manufacturing chain (+10 years of experience)
Profound knowledge in textile supply chain (Brand experience, education as Textile Chemical or Textile Engineer with understanding of environmental key performance indicators)
Great contacts to local textile industry and textile organizations / associations.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Excellent people skills and eloquent networker
Excellent sales experience
Good knowledge of local textile industry
High level contacts within local textile industry
Knowledge in textile chemistry, textile processing, supply chain and brand world
Willingness for continuous learning
Organizational skills and high level of independency
Good English and Indonesian skills in writing and speaking.
