Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis within the banking or financial services domain. Strong knowledge of the Business Analysis Lifecycle and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Proficient in preparing FSDs, BRDs, and User Stories. Hands‑on experience with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence. Solid understanding of digital banking systems and related business processes. Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholder expectations. Strong facilitation skills for conducting workshops and walkthroughs.
Job Description
- Analyze business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements for digital banking initiatives.
- Develop comprehensive documentation, including Functional Specification Documents (FSD) and User Stories.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including business teams, compliance, IT, and regulators.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement‑gathering sessions, and walkthroughs to ensure clear understanding and agreement among all parties.
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams (development, QA, design, operations) throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure all requirements are aligned with business goals, regulatory standards, and technical feasibility.
- Support the Product Owner in maintaining the product backlog and ensuring the quality of deliverables.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of analysis processes and best practices.
