Position Title
Bancassurance Manager
Location : South Jakarta, Jakarta, Indonesia
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and expand bancassurance partnerships with banking institutions.
- Design and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets for general insurance products (property, motor vehicle, health, travel, liability, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank partners, ensuring mutual growth and target alignment.
- Conduct training, joint business reviews, and performance analysis with bank partners.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, operations, underwriting, and marketing) to ensure business execution excellence.
- Monitor market developments and identify new bancassurance opportunities.
