Job description

Responsibilities

  • Manage all online (E-commerce and Marketplace activity about traffic, sales, convertion, and reporting).
  • Develop and implement E-commerce / Marketplace strategy to improve sales and exposure performance.
  • Work close with Marketplace partner to ensure the best benefit for our sales and exposure.
  • Work with marketing team to develop the best promotion to improve sales and traffic acquisition.
  • Report on performance daily, monthly, quarterly and anually.
  • Supervising and controling live stream sales performance.
  • Managing logistic to ensure stock fullfilment and smooth product delivery

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience (3 years) in an e-commerce leader role, with a track record of successfully developing and achieving sales targets.
  • Experience in digital marketing is a plus.
  • Strong analytical with good business acumen and ability to identify key business drivers.
  • Honest, disciplined, responsible, through and able to move outside the comfort zone.
  • Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication in English and able to build strong relationships,
  • Smart and logical thinking.
