We are seeking a strategic and aggressive Senior Sales Manager B2B to drive rapid growth across Indonesia and pioneer regional expansion. You will be responsible for exceeding ambitious revenue targets, leading a large team, and closing high-value deals. This role requires a results-obsessed leader willing to travel extensively to win.
Key Responsibilities :

- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performance team of 10+ sales professionals .
- Personally own and close complex, high-stakes negotiations and tender processes.
- Aggressively hunt new business and develop strategic account plans to maximize key client value.

- Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless service delivery and customer success.
Qualifications & Experience :
8-10 years of sales experience, with 5+ years in a Sales Manager / Leader role managing teams of 10+ sales person .Expertise to handle B2B market J ava and Sulawesi .Related experience with Automotive, Leasing, Distribution, Logistics, etc.A proven track record of exceeding multi-million dollar revenue targets .Expert-level skills in complex negotiation, strategic selling, and pipeline management.Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; MBA preferred.Extensive travel readiness (60-70%) is mandatory.Full professional fluency in English.
