Overview

Responsibilities

Accurately record all financial transactions, including sales, purchases, payments, and receipts.

Work closely with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and support business operations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

1-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.

Ability to analyze financial data and prepare accurate reports.

Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members and vendors.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.

High level of integrity and professionalism, with a strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
