Job descriptionMengawasi kegiatan renovasi dan memastikan seluruh pekerjaan sesuai standar teknis dan keselamatan. Memastikan seluruh fasilitas gedung berfungsi optimal dan efisien. Mengidentifikasi peluang pengembangan bisnis terkait pengelolaan gedung dan fasilitas. Membangun serta menjaga hubungan baik dengan tenant, vendor, dan pihak terkait lainnya. Memberikan solusi inovatif untuk peningkatan efisiensi dan nilai tambah aset perusahaan. Berapa gaji bulanan yang kamu inginkan? Kualifikasi mana yang kamu miliki? Qualifications
- Pria / Wanita dengan usia maksimum 45 tahun.
- Pendidikan minimal S1 diutamakan Jurusan Teknik Elektro dan Listrik, Civil Engineering, Engineering & Industrial Management, Building Engineering.
- Pengalaman Kerja Minimal 2-3 tahun di bidang building management dan business development.
- Terampil dalam bidang kelistrikan, konstruksi dan Teknik sipil.
- Mahir dalam aplikasi komputer (Ms. Word, PPT, CAD, dan Ms. Excel).
- Mampu mengkoordinasikan dan mengawasi renovasi, pemeliharaan dan perbaikan Gedung secara berkala (sipil, Arsitektur, Interior, MEP, VAC, Building Automation System dan IT).
