Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and enhancement of a comprehensive platform solution catering to various business verticals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and transform innovative ideas into tangible platform features or enhancements.
• Create high quality and precise PRD to increase the speed and quality of tech team's development.
• Streamline and simplify complex developments within the platform to enhance efficiency across diverse business areas.
• Deeply engage in comprehending Moladin's complete business process landscape to align platform development with organizational goals.
• Encourage and contribute to a culture of innovation by proactively proposing and implementing improvements that uplift the overall performance and efficiency of the platform.
