Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Management. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with the latest position at Manager level or above. Strong understanding of financial, accounting, and taxation regulations. Excellent communication, presentation, and strategic leadership skills. Proficiency in : Budgeting & Financial Planning Financial Analysis & Control Financial Statements & Reporting Treasury Management Project Management Additional competencies : Problem Solving, Decision Making, Planning & Organizing, Information Security Management.
Overview
- Manage and supervise all financial, accounting, and taxation transactions in compliance with applicable regulations.
- Prepare, analyze, and present periodic financial reports (P&L, cash flow, balance sheet).
- Conduct financial analysis on revenue, liabilities, cash flow, and other key indicators to support strategic decision-making.
- Provide recommendations on investments, funding sources, and financial instruments to maintain company liquidity.
- Direct and consolidate the budgeting process across functions and monitor its realization.
- Evaluate and improve financial processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee second-line monitoring of accounts receivable collection effectiveness.
- Act as a strategic partner to the Board of Directors in financial decision-making.
