Delonix Hotel Karawang part of AYANA Hospitality is seeking a Mandarin Speaking Guest Relation Supervisor to join our esteemed team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional service to our Mandarin-speaking guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their stay. You will be the primary point of contact for guests, offering assistance and information that enhances their experience at our luxurious properties.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome Mandarin-speaking guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Assist with check-in / out processes, ensuring that guests’ needs are met swiftly and efficiently
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, providing detailed information on hotel services and amenities
- Anticipate guests’ needs and tailor services to ensure a personalized experience
- Coordinate with various hotel departments to address guest concerns or special requests
- Facilitate communication between guests and hotel staff to enhance guest satisfaction
- Handle and resolve complaints graciously and efficiently
Requirements
Fluency in Mandarin and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plusPrevious experience in hospitality or guest relations is preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle challenging situations with professionalismProficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office applicationsA degree in hospitality management or related field is preferredWillingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidaysBenefits
