In this role, you will be responsible for doing market planning, developing synergies across a set of markets, building publisher relationships and having business conversations with the client on media and beyond. We are seeking someone who has regional experience in an agency with a focus towards brand and performance planning along with experience on stakeholder management.

Responsibilities of the role
Proactively planning and implementing digital development and growth of the clientSupporting key functions including but not limited to Strategy, Media Planning, ReportingDeveloping strategy and digital channel recommendations to ensure we deliver as per the set targetsWorking with people across markets to address a client brief and also playing a role to build strategic responses to the briefPeriodic conversations with new and upcoming vendors to understand the capabilities and building right Test and Learns linked back to business needsWorking closely with the team to build proposals including fine-tuning budget allocation, weights, phasing, site mix with creation of the media planBe on top of local market nuances and competition understanding to be able to build POVs that can support business strategy for the clientWorking closely with Media and Brand teams to have a complete view of new and upcoming campaignsClosely working with key clients and building a strong relationshipMeasures of success – In three months
Demonstrate understanding of the media landscape and business challenges and begin to contribute ideas on how to drive client’s business success.Streamlining of media plans across both traditional and digital channels.Contribute to market / Regional drumbeats with POVs or strategic inputsGetting a hang of drumbeats / cadences across the region to be able to build synergiesBegin to develop relationships with the key day-to-day team, client and media partner contactsProactively engage with the MediaCom global & regional teams to continuously identify relevant application / testing opportunities of new products / servicesProactively engage with the external partners to continuously identify relevant alpha / beta productsCollaborative partner, engaging with people of all levelsSupport on Monthly, Quarterly or Annual Strategy reviews to the clientMeasures of success – In 12 months
