General Manager (Ship Management)

General Manager Indonesia – Core Diagnostics

This role is based in Indonesia and requires significant maritime industry experience combined with strong leadership and financial management skills.

Requirements

• Master Mariner (FG Class 1) Certificate of Competency preferred; alternatively, a degree in Maritime, Naval Architecture or related field. LNG / FSRU experience would be preferred.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in the maritime industry, including at least 3 years in senior management within ship management, ship owning, or related fields.
• In-depth knowledge of international maritime regulations, ship operations, technical management, and crewing.
• Strong financial acumen and proven experience in managing budgets and business development.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Track record of driving operational excellence and client satisfaction.
• Able to work in a multicultural environment.
