Job Overview

Join Haleon to apply for the Trade Marketing Operation Manager role. Haleon is a world-leading consumer healthcare company with brands including Sensodyne, Polident, Panadol, Voltaren, Actifed. The role focuses on developing the capability of the sales team and third-party partners to achieve key business objectives across brands and portfolios, improving effectiveness and efficiency through strategies, processes, and training.

Responsibilities

  • Development of Sales Team : Identify training needs and skill gaps, and implement development programs to enhance capabilities. Provide the right supporting tools for frontliners to improve outputs and performance.
  • Instore Executions : Ensure instore initiatives are executed with excellence by frontliners, and provide instore measurements and monitoring to drive business insights.
  • Frontliners Deployment Strategy : Develop and implement an effective deployment strategy to support business needs. Conduct regular reviews to maintain productivity levels.
  • Performance Measurement : Monitor the performance of the sales team, third parties, and instore executions. Analyze data, generate reports, and provide insights to management for informed decision-making.
  • KPIs Identification : Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and define relevant KPIs that align with business goals. Provide appropriate sales incentive schemes across sales roles.
  • Achievement of Key Business Objectives : Align sales operations and data analytics with the organization’s goals. Set metrics, monitor progress, and take corrective actions to ensure objectives are met.
  • Third-Party Sales Representatives : Work with third-party sales representatives to ensure they provide necessary resources for all departments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from any major.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Field Management within the FMCG industry.
