Job description

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand campaign objectives, target audience, and performance goals.
  • Develop comprehensive campaign strategies, including bidding tactics, budget allocation, and targeting parameters.
  • Set up, launch, and manage digital advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok, DV360, or other programmatic advertising platforms.
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance metrics and utilize data-driven insights to optimize bidding strategies, targeting options, ad formats, and creative assets.
  • Implement effective bid management techniques to maximize campaign performance and achieve desired KPIs.
  • Monitor campaign budgets, pacing, and spending patterns for efficient resource utilization.
  • Analyze campaign data and attribution models to derive actionable insights and prepare performance reports.
  • Conduct A / B tests and experiments to evaluate the impact of different strategies and optimize future campaigns.
  • Work closely with internal teams for campaign alignment, coordination, and execution.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and share knowledge to drive innovation and improve campaign performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 5 years of working experience in digital marketing, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok, or other programmatic advertising platforms.
  • Having experience in handling digital marketing strategy and execution for e-commerce or fintech industry in Indonesia is a plus.
  • In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GSC, Ahrefs, Moz, etc).
  • Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
  • Deep analytical skills and able to translate the analysis into an actionable plan.
  • Excellent communication in English, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong drive to make things happen and influence others.
  • Growth mindset to always go the extra mile in learning and upgrading yourself.
  • Ability to be agile and flexible in adapting to a dynamic environment.
