Director, Consumer Marketing andmunications
The Director, Consumer Marketing andmunications, is a senior leadership role for the market and the individual heads the marketing andms function for Indonesia. The individual develops a fully integrated strategy for the business across B2C, B2B and B2B2C initiatives and owns the execution of marketing strategy through campaigns on owned, earned and paid media channels. The individual is responsible for the use of integrated channels to drive brand and business growth through direct-to-consumer campaigns and with strategic partners in market like banks, fintech, retail and merchant partners. This individual will also overseemunications and public relations efforts for the market.
This individual will be the lead on developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing budgets, execution of campaigns, sponsorship properties andms strategy. The Marketing Director will be responsible for brand management, market research, and ensuring that marketing efforts align with overall business objectives . This individual should be customer-centric, be a strong marketing thought leader, be able to thrive in individual contribution environments. The role will be part of SE Asia IMC leadership team and will report into the SVP, Head on Integrated Marketing andmunications, South East Asia.
