Overview

Responsibilities

  • Data analysis, sales tracking, sales targets and CEO’s KPIs
  • Store planning and visual merchandising
  • Prepare competition analysis to identify best locations to place company brands
  • Work closely with Sales & Marketing Team on expansion strategy
  • Undertake all training mandatory and necessary training aligned with brand and business needs
  • Manage daily operations of counters and channels
  • Monitor stock in each shop, ensuring adequate supplies
  • Develop retail operation policy & SOP to drive excellent operation

Qualifications

  • At least Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in F&B Industry of at least 7 years is a must
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, ability to influence others
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with ability to cope with changes
  • Possess organizational skills and ability to coordinate sales operations across a retail chain
  • Excellent oral and written communications in English
