Job Description
- Draft, review, and negotiate agreements / contracts, including partnership agreements, vendor contracts, and other legal documents.
- Provide legal advice to support business activities and ensure compliance with laws and policies.
- Advise management on legal strategies, especially related to fintech regulations and financial services.
- Conduct legal research and monitor regulatory developments affecting the company.
- Manage legal disputes, represent the company in litigation or regulatory matters, and coordinate with external legal counsel as needed.
