CBS - Senior Contract Legal Counsel

Join our Core Business Services (CBS) team and support vital functions that enable our organization to operate effectively. As a CBS professional, you will collaborate across teams to provide knowledge, resources, and tools that help EY deliver exceptional service, succeed in the marketplace, and drive growth and profitability. Major CBS teams include Finance, Asset Management, Information Technology, Talent, Legal, Brand Marketing and Communications, Business Development, and Risk Management.

As a legal counsel within CBS, you will work closely with the in-house legal team to support EY colleagues across various industries. Your legal expertise will be vital in monitoring regulatory changes and providing legal opinions relevant to their businesses.

Job Description

• Available to join immediately.
• An in-house counsel / lawyer with 10-15 years of post-qualification experience in contract review and negotiation. Experience with contracts such as MSAs, managed service agreements, SaaS contracts, cross-border service delivery, IT implementation contracts, and software licenses is advantageous.
• Having an advocate license is preferred.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills, particularly in English language documents.
• Strong work ethic, analytical and logical thinking skills.
• Organized with a good memory.
• Fluent in verbal and written English.
