• Develop and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee the organization’s information security policies and procedures.
• Manage and lead the cybersecurity team, ensuring effective implementation and monitoring of security controls.
• Align with the heads of engineering, operations, support, legal & compliance, HR, and sales.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and privacy regulations, both for private and public entities.
• Collaborate with executive management to integrate cybersecurity practices into business operations.
• Evaluate and address potential security risks related to enterprise, network, and cloud environments.
• Communicate security-related concepts to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clear understanding and compliance.

Minimum Requirements

Over 10 years of experience in cybersecurity practices, specialized in securing digital environments.

Preferred certifications : CISSP, CISM, CISA.

Additional business or management certifications (e.g., MBA) are highly valued.

Proven track record of developing and implementing tailored security strategies across industries.

Experience in highly regulated industries (e.g., finance) or high cyber-risk industries (e.g., telecom, retail) is advantageous.

Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives at client companies.

Customer-first mentality, emphasizing customer satisfaction and exceeding goals.

Strong ability to align cybersecurity services with overall business objectives and growth strategies as well as skilled in identifying and developing new business opportunities.

Ability to develop, present, and sell cybersecurity solutions to senior executives in client organizations.

Adaptable to flexible compensation models based on performance.

Focused on delivering measurable business outcomes.
