You will explore and conceptualize design options and solutions in conjunction with Senior Designers, and fellow Designers by evaluating design options, developing and pushing to find ideas based on design strategy and the creative brief.

You are good at developing straightforward design approaches to complex design challenges across brand development, corporate identity, packaging, digital, and user experience design projects.

What your current role should be like?

• Conceptualize and execute high-impact marketing creatives that resonate with target audiences and amplify brand visibility.
• Proficient in design tools and software (such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and others) to deliver high-quality content across various formats (web, print, social media, etc.).
• Deep understanding of brand identity and style guidelines, ensuring all creative assets align with the brand’s voice while evolving its look to stay relevant in a dynamic market.
• Skilled in cross-functional collaboration, managing relationships with stakeholders from marketing, product, and development teams to ensure cohesive and timely project execution.
• Designs original content from concept to completion, including infographics, illustrations, and interactive design elements to effectively communicate key messages.
• Stays at the forefront of industry trends, continuously exploring emerging tools, design techniques, and technologies to keep creative output fresh and innovative.
• Demonstrated experience in A / B testing and using analytics to fine-tune designs for better performance and conversion.
