Operations Planning & Growth Manager (Transport & Network Planning)

Responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis to identify gaps in operational performance.
• Develop dashboards and analyses to support operational decision-making.
• Simulate data to improve logistics speed standards with operational costs as a key consideration.
• Lead strategic projects to reduce lead time with efficient costs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize operations.
• Monitor shipper performance to meet lead time targets.
