Location : Denpasar, Bali

Responsibilities

• Project Manager : Project Owner of up to 2 projects in parallel, with a minimum of 4 projects per year
• Ensure project management tasks are mastered : onboarding / offboarding, creating a Gantt chart, keeping the project on schedule; preparing and delivering presentations; leading client and stakeholder communications; coordinating with colleagues to ensure deliverables; ensuring the project stays within budget
• Prepare minutes of important meetings
• Content & Knowledge Creator : Develop and facilitate capacity building projects (responsibilities subject to client contract)
• Develop needs assessments / background research prior to training
• Prepare interactive sessions for capacity building projects (including impact evaluation strategy)
• Facilitate capacity building events
• Produce workshop reports (including impact analysis and recommendations)
• Support research related to facilitation methods, games, training needs assessment, impact analysis, and other topics to improve impact
• Business Development : provide input and research to develop capacity guidelines; support building the network of potential clients and stakeholders within ASEAN; support updating the website about the capacity building / facilitation portfolio

Terms & Conditions

This is a consultant position with a 6-month contract; longer contracts may be offered after a successful 6-month term. Full-time position with 40 hours per week (5 days)

Location

Based in Bali, with a hybrid working arrangement in Tri Hita’s Office in Denpasar

Remuneration will be between IDR 10 – 15 million, depending on qualifications and work experience.
