Job Responsibilities :

• Define long-term marketing roadmaps and ensure alignment with company goals and growth targets.
• Lead and mentor junior marketers, fostering a collaborative culture, and partner with leadership to ensure collective success.
• Research emerging trends, explore untapped segments, and champion innovative product ideas to capture new opportunities.
• Design, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns that effectively drive user acquisition, retention, and brand awareness.
• Work closely with Product, Operations, Business, and Creative teams to ensure seamless user experiences and consistent brand messaging.
• Direct the creation of compelling, on-brand content and visuals to resonate with target audiences and elevate brand perception.
• Employ A / B testing, analytics dashboards, and growth frameworks to continuously refine strategies and validate new ideas.
• Establish clear KPIs, analyze results, and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders for ongoing improvements.
