The IGNITE Internship Program is a 12-week internship at FedEx, offering high-potential youth the opportunity to gain hands-on experience, mentorship from industry experts, and practical skills to jumpstart their careers. Whether your interests lie in Sort Operations, Pick up and Delivery Operations, Clearance Operations, Global Services Provider, Operations Excellence Management, this structured program is designed to help you learn, grow, and make a real impact from day one.

Supporting key projects that contribute to building a best-in-class clearance experience

Assist in updating the operating procedures

Operations Pick up and Delivery

Assist administration on listing scrap shipment

Assist administration on listing the asset

To support customers data base review and creation to support bad debt reduction project

Operations Clearance

To improve the efficiency in Clearance Operations Flow

Assist in project trial before launched

To support current project

To improve Domestic Line Haul for improving Customer Experience by supporting Export team to identify process improvement opportunities

Develop Dashboards for Indonesia Service Performance

Develop subtask dashboard for easier analysis of clearance issues

Optimize the meeting cadences to improve service performance
