Accounting, Costing & Budgeting Staff

Uraian Tugas

JYX Packaging is a global leader in luxury and sustainable packaging solutions, trusted by top international brands in cosmetics, fashion, wine & spirits, and electronics. As part of our expansion in Indonesia, we are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our Finance team as Costing & Budgeting Staff or Supervisor .

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyze product costing, pricing structures, and margin reports.
  • Develop and monitor annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
  • Control and analyze production and operating costs to ensure efficiency and profitability.
  • Review cost variances and recommend improvements for cost control.
  • Support new product costing and quotation requests from the commercial team.
  • Provide management with regular financial and cost performance reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company financial policies and audit standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Industrial Engineering.
  • 2–3 years of experience in costing, budgeting, or financial analysis (manufacturing industry preferred).
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of cost accounting principles, budgeting processes, and variance analysis.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and responsibility.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Position level (Staff or Supervisor) will be determined based on experience and capability.
